Deripaska: Khodorkovsky 'punished too much'

Russian metals tycoon Oleg Deripaska says he believes the oil mogul Mikhail Khodorkovsky has been treated harshly. A Kremlin critic and once Russia's richest man, Khodorkovsky was found guilty of embezzlement in 2010 and has been in jail since his first conviction of fraud and tax evasion in 2005.

When Stephen Sackur suggested the case showed you couldn't do business in Russia if you fell out with the Kremlin, Mr Deripaska said there were similar relationships between government and big business in Britain and the US.
