Sports drug cheats - clearer rules needed on penalties

Under current rules - and unlike other countries - British athletes who have been banned by the UK authorities for doping are barred from competing in Olympic games for life.

Peter Keen, the Performance Director for UK Sport, tells Stephen Sackur that the UK Olympics teams should be playing by the same rules as those defined in the World Anti-Doping Code.

He says he wants consistency and clarity for British teams, even if changing the rules means drug cheats will only face a two year ban from competition.
