McCluskey: Olympics 'legitimate target' for protest

Len McCluskey, the general secretary of Britain's Unite Union says he knew his suggestion that the trade unions should consider disrupting Britain's Olympics would be controversial.

He faced criticism in February when he first proposed disrupting the event in an online article for Britain's Guardian newspaper website.

He told HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur that he had said the Olympic Games were a legitimate target because he was angry at the way the country's welfare state was being stripped away.
