Will Angola's president stay in power until 2022?


President Jose Eduardo dos Santos has ruled Angola for 32 years, but if elected again he could stay in power until 2022.

There have been a series of protests against his rule but Angolan Foreign Minister Georges Chikoti tells Stephen Sackur the president should be judged on his achievements in last 10 years.
