Uganda's Museveni against 'promotion of homosexuality'

Stephen Sackur speaks to the President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, on a visit to London.

Homosexuality is illegal in Uganda but President Museveni says people who are gay are not persecuted nor discriminated against in his country.

He says it would be a big mistake if western leaders decided to tie future development aid to the respect of human rights, including sexual identity issues.
