Public healthcare 'the next disaster waiting to happen'

Devi Shetty is an Indian heart surgeon and a businessman who wants to make major surgery affordable for the masses, by means of mass production.

He tells Stephen Sackur that the model of healthcare provided by the state can no longer work because the costs across the world have become too high.
