Lord Hutton: Fukushima 'changed the game' for nuclear

Since the Fukushima nuclear plant failure in Japan the nuclear industry has been under enormous pressure.

Germany and Italy have renounced the nuclear option while Japan's leaders talk of a revolutionary shift away from nuclear power.

Stephen Sackur spoke to Lord Hutton, a former Labour minister and now chairman of Britain's nuclear industry association, about whether confidence in nuclear power has been undermined.
