IPCC's Pachauri on consequences of stalled climate talks

The UN will be holding major climate change talks in Durban in November. Previous efforts to sign a new global treaty to cut greenhouse gas emissions have failed.

Meanwhile scientists continue to deliver stark warnings about rising global temperatures.

HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur talks to the chairman of the International Panel on Climate Change, Rajendra Pachauri.
