William Hague: 'Time is against Gaddafi'


Britain's Foreign Secretary William Hague says the so-called Arab Spring presents both "risks and opportunities" for Britain.

Stephen Sackur spoke to Mr Hague at the British Foreign Office in London, and asked him, as Arabs take to the streets demanding freedom and democracy does the West have a consistent and coherent response?
