Moussa Ibrahim: 'UN will be allowed into Misrata'


The Libyan government has promised aid workers access to areas under its control, according to the UN.

HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur spoke to the Libyan government's spokesman Moussa Ibrahim, who said that the UN will be allowed humanitarian access into the besieged city of Misrata which remains mostly in rebel control.
