Eamon Ryan: Ireland 'can handle debt crisis'

This year Ireland's budget deficit will be equivalent to almost a third of national economic output.

The Dublin Government is struggling to convince the money markets and the European Union that it can avoid financial collapse.

Eamon Ryan is Ireland's Energy and Communications minister. What will it take to save the Irish economy? He spoke to Stephen Sackur.
