'Wall Street hasn't created any jobs...'

President Obama has launched a major war on Wall Street. At the White House on Thursday, he challenged the banks and urged Congress to limit their size and practices.

But in the wake of the Massachusetts shock defeat for the Democrats, and with Obama's poll ratings plummeting, will this be enough to please voters?

In an interview for Hardtalk, Sarah Montague talks to the former Democratic Party Chairman, Howard Dean. Could the President's proposals on reform hamper the recovery?
