Should Obama abandon healthcare reform?

President Obama has launched a major war on Wall Street but in the wake of the Massachusetts shock defeat for the Democrats, and with Obama's poll ratings plummeting, will this be enough to please voters?

In an interview for Hardtalk, Sarah Montague talks to the former Democratic Party Chairman, Howard Dean. What is going to happen to Health Care reform and the future of the Administration?
