'I like audiences who come for a good night out'

Matthew Bourne is one of the most influential choreographers of his generation. His unique take on the classic Swan Lake has won him a large and avid international following.

This Christmas the multi award-winning hit returns to the theatre in London where it all began. It is provocative, sexy and funny. Stephen Sackur asked Matthew Bourne whether his work is true to the traditions of the classical ballet.
