People of Afghanistan 'need reforms'

Dr Abdullah Abdullah pulled out of the second round of the Afghan presidential election, saying the vote could not be free or fair.

Stephen Sackur asks him whether, at a time when leaders in Washington and London are considering whether to commit further troops to Afghanistan, his decision might have made the Afghan crisis even worse.
