Swedish PM : Confident EU treaty will be signed

Sweden's prime minister says the Czech president's delay in ratifying the Lisbon Treaty sends the 'wrong message at the wrong time'.

His country currently holds the EU presidency and in an interview with Stephen Sackur he said certain opt outs would be granted to the Czech Republic in order for the treaty ratification to proceed.
