US troops are pulling out of Iraq's towns and cities. It's supposed to be the beginning of the end of America's Iraq intervention, but sectarian bomb attacks are again on the rise in Baghdad and political and economic reform has stalled. Staffan De Mistura is quitting his post as UN special envoy in Iraq. Stephen Sackur asks him how troubled is the country that he leaves behind?
