In a HARDtalk interview broadcast on 1st August, Stephen Sackur talks to Vuk Jeremic, the Serbian Foreign Minister.

The former Bosnian Serb leader, Radovan Karadzic, has appeared for the first time before the Yugoslav War Crimes Tribunal.

Yesterday he faced charges of genocide for atrocities committed during the Bosnian war of the 1990's.

The Serbian government says his arrest shows the country is now serious about EU membership.

But will the arrest be followed by the capture Karadzic's wartime commander Ratko Mladic?

In an exclusive interview for HARDtalk, Stephen Sackur talks to the Serbian Foreign Minister, Vuk Jeremic.

HARDtalk is broadcast on BBC World News at 03:30 GMT, 08:30 GMT, 14:30 GMT, 20:30 GMT and 22:30 GMT.
