In a HARDtalk interview first broadcast on 21 February 2008, Stephen Sackur talks to the Russian Duma MP and prime suspect in the murder of Alexander Litvinenko, Andrei Lugovoi.

Who murdered Alexander Litvinenko?

The Kremlin critic died a terrible death in London last year - poisoned by the lethal radioactive substance polonium.

The prime suspect is Andrei Lugovoi, a member of the Russian Parliament and a former associate of Mr. Litvinenko.

British police want to interview him but he tells Stephen Sackur that he has no intention of returning to England.
