Pakistani pop stars are becoming more popular in India
In Hardtalk Extra programme broadcast on Sunday 19th August, Razia Iqbal spoke to Pakistani pop sensation, Haroon.


Haroon is one of Pakistan's biggest pop stars.

His albums have sold millions and his live shows attract tens of thousands of fans.

As part of a boy band in early 1990s, he headed the Pakistani pop music boom and got the first Urdu song on MTV asia.

Today he's a successful solo artist.

Razia Iqbal talks to him about the place of pop music in modern Pakistan.
