In a Hardtalk Extra programme broadcast on Friday 4th August, Zeinab Badawi talked to actress and activist Mia Farrow.
One of the very first "celebrity activists", actress Mia Farrow is almost as well known for her campaigning as her films these days.
She has recently returned from her second trip to Darfur's refugee camps, where she talked to victims of the violence in Sudan's civil war.
She tells Zeinab Badawi about her frustration over the world community's continuing failure to act decisively.
On a more personal front, she also talks about her return to major film roles after a break of nearly a decade, a time marked by her split from Woody Allen.
HARDtalk Extra can be seen on BBC World at 0330 GMT, 0830 GMT, 1430 GMT, 1830 GMT, 2330 GMT.
It can also be seen on BBC News 24 at 04:30 and 23:30.
