Roger Waters - Still Progressive?

In a HardTalk Extra interview screened on 13 January, Gavin Esler speaks to Roger Waters of progressive rock band Pink Floyd.


Roger Waters was the bass player with Pink Floyd, one of the best known rock bands in history.

It produced two of the world's biggest selling albums, The Wall and Dark Side of the Moon.

Pink Floyd delighted fans last year with a reunion performance at Live 8 drawing a line under years of acrimony.

Waters has now written an opera based upon events surrounding the French Revolution.
