In a HARDtalk interview on Thursday 1st December Stephen Sackur talks to Ronny Tong, one of Hong Kong's leading pre-democracy campaigners.

Last month authorities in Hong Kong unveiled reforms to the way the territory is governed which they described as a significant step towards the goal of universal sufferage.

But is Beijing really prepared to let Hong Kong become a fully-fledged one man-one vote democracy?

Ronny Tong is one of Hong Kong¿s leading pro-democracy campaigners.
