|
Sarah Montague talks to Theary Seng about Cambodia's Killing Fields and the impact the Khmer Rouge regime had on her life.
Thirty years ago, the Khmer Rouge established a regime of fear in Cambodia in which its thought nearly 2 million people were killed.
Theary Seng was just a toddler when her father was murdered.
A few years later she was sleeping by her mother's side in prison when her mother was taken away and disappeared.
She and her brothers eventually fled to America.
Who does she blame for the deaths of her parents and thousands of others?
