During twenty years in power Jerry Rawlings went from being military head of state, to benevolent dictator and finally for the last decade a democratically elected president.

As part of the "Who Runs Your World?" series, HARDtalk speaks to Jerry Rawlings, one of Africa's most colourful and charismatic leaders.
