Barcelona's bid to attract the yachting super-rich

Could Barcelona become the next Monaco or Cannes? The Spanish city is now staking its claim to be an elite home port to the world's ocean going playboys and playgirls.

But as Rajan Datar discovered with the Spanish economy struggling and high unemployment, not everyone is welcoming the idea of their city becoming a playground for the rich and famous.
