Can you trust online travel reviews?

"Reviews You Can Trust". It always was a bold slogan, but last month Tripadvisor was officially told to remove it from its British website.

The country's advertising watchdog decided you couldn't tell which reviews were real, and which were simply made-up. But now, one similar site says it may have found a way.

Keith Wallace investigates how far you can rely on the recommendations of others online.
