The Smurf makeover dividing a Spanish village

The tiny Spanish village of Juzcar, near Malaga, become an unexpected tourism hit after its buildings were temporarily painted bright blue for the launch of the movie The Smurfs.

But with some arguing that the change should be permanent and others tired of their village being treated like a theme park the residents will get to decide in a referendum, as Rajan Datar reports.
