Hot air balloon flights and the Rugby World Cup

The Rugby World Cup kicks off in New Zealand on Friday, and it's also the best time to spot humpback whales off the west coast of Australia.

Hot air balloon events and competitions will be taking off in September from the French Alps, Lleida in Spain and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Meet the people who pilot the balloons and watch them battle it out to see who can fly the farthest.

Towards the end of September, Chichen Itza in Mexico will be transformed by the autumn equinox, creating the shadow of a serpent moving along the stones.
