Tourists 'discouraged' from visiting the UK

The UK isn't getting as many tourists as it could and visas are being blamed.

An estimated 600,000 tourists a year are deterred from visiting by stringent entry hurdles.

But the travel industry says it doesn't have to be this way, as Rajan Datar reports.
