Travel agents challenge internet holiday bookings

Many high street travel agents have, in recent years, been casting worried looks at their online counterparts.

Quick, easy and often quite cheap, the internet has established itself as an effective way to book your two weeks away from home.

However, as Fiona Foster reports, there are signs that some of us may be hankering for some human contact.
