Gandhi's grandson helps India's poor with tourism plans

Community tourism schemes are being set up in India to help the poor with the aid of Mahatma Gandhi's grandson.

According to the World Bank around a third of the world's poor now reside in India.

Karen Bowerman travelled to India to see the projects being run in co-operation with Arun Gandhi, which will provide an alternative experience for tourists.
