How safe is online banking?

The BBC's technology programme Click has carried out an investigation into the new ways criminals are trying to hack into bank accounts.

The programme's presenter, Spencer Kelly spoke to Winifred Robinson of Radio 4's You and Yours about how hackers were trying to get around the tight security systems operated by the banks.
