Tech breaks silence for those who cannot speak

One of the great things about technology is how it can be used to improve the quality of life of those with disabilities. Software now allows those who cannot speak the opportunity to make sure they are understood.

Broadcaster Geoff Adams-Spink discovers a "major step forward" in helping those who have difficulty communicating.
