IFA 2011: Why TVs are not just for television

Televisions, it appears, are no longer just for watching television on. Many companies have been trialling the use of web-based apps and services on their new sets.

One even demonstrated a 3D version of YouTube.

Dan Simmons finds out what we can look forward to watching in the TV market in the near future.
