Has the world wide web reached maturity?


Although first conceived in 1989, it was not until two years later that the world wide web was first launched to the rest of the world.

In August 1991, Tim Berners-Lee became part of history when he posted a summary of his big idea on the internet. Twenty years on, Click looks at what the future might hold.
