Stuck for words after French Facebook and Twitter ban

French officials have banned any mention of social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter on radio or television - unless they are specifically part of the story.

The country's broadcasting watchdog has ruled that doing so would break guidelines on advertising.

David Reid looks at the impact this could have on social networks in France.
