It allows you to follow and be followed, and discover new music by previewing recommendations, or "flows" as they are known.

allows you to extract any information you have stored in Facebook, including anything you had created and then thought lost when profile changes were implemented in April.
Facebook states that users "own all of the content and information" they have posted on its pages, so you are quite within your rights to extract it for use elsewhere.
