Sonia Deol

Sonia presents Breakfast occasionally at weekends.

Sonia was born in Birmingham and her media career began at age 14, before she left school, presenting a one off programme to raise money for Comic Relief on the BBC local radio station, BBC WM.

She graduated from university in Hertfordshire in 1994 with a degree in Humanities, and was a presenter on the BBC Asian Network from 2002 to 2008.
