The BBC's annual Proms season starts 17 July at the Royal Albert Hall in London. We speak to Proms Director Roger Wright and jazz musician Curtis Stigers.
This year's event is aimed to be even more accessible to the public. There will be 76 concerts in the Royal Albert Hall between Friday 17th July and Saturday 12th September, plus a number of other events including Proms in the Park, which takes place across the country.
