When it comes to appointing the top dog in any organisation, finding the right person for the job isn't easy.
But one primary school in Oxfordshire has come up with a novel recruitment campaign.
The children themselves have turned head-hunters and produced their own advert for a new Head Teacher.
What's more, with the help of an advertising agency, they've made their own film about the school and what sort of head they'd like.
Breakfast's Julia George went to the village of Hornton in North Oxfordshire to find out more.
If you'd like to apply for the job, go to the school's own website:
There will also be an advert in today's Times Educational Supplement
