They'll be live in Birmingham, with two families who've decided to accept the BBC's Big Challenge
The series
Fat Nation will follow 200 'average' residents in an 'average' street for two years, although the first series will last for only nine weeks.
The programme's presenter Matt Allwright will work with a team of experts including nutritionists to help improve the street's residents attitude towards food and fitness.
One of Fat Nation's aims is to inspire the rest of the UK into taking a more responsible attitude about our health at a time when obesity levels continue to climb.
If you want to get fit and lose weight with Fat Nation, you can order one of their support packs, including a pedometer, colour-coded tape measure and fridge magnet. Just call: 0800 066 066 for more information and advice
