Forum: The Day the World Changed
watch our interactive forum at 9.15am this morning
For many Americans, September 11 2001 was the day the world changed forever.

The attacks on the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon undermined many shared assumptions - and wiped out the feeling of security from terrorist attacks at home in the US.

This morning we ran an interactive forum to discuss the impact of September 11.

We talked to Bonnie Greer the American writer who's based in the UK.

She was joined by Stephen Pollard from the Centre for the New Europe - he's based in Brussels.

Both considered where we are now, and the lasting impact of September the 11th.
