Alzheimer's Society
If you have concerns about Alzheimer's disease or about any other form of dementia, the Alzheimer's Society national helpline can provide information, support, guidance and referrals to other appropriate organisations.
Callers speak to trained helpline advisers. Calls to the helpline are confidential and callers do not have to give their name.
The helpline is open from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. The number to dial is 0845 300 0336
