Allawi concerned at Iraq election result delay

Iyad Allawi, who led Iraq from 2004 to 2005, has cast himself as the man who can bridge the country's sectarian divisions.

Some polls have Mr Allawi's political alliance edging ahead of his rivals in the March 7th election.

In an interview with the BBC's Natalia Antelava, he expressed his concern at the time it is taking to declare a winner.
