UN chief Ban Ki-Moon rules Gaza evidence incomplete

There is not yet enough evidence to say whether Israel and the Palestinians are complying with United Nations demands to probe the Gaza conflict, the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon says.

He said the Israeli investigation was still continuing, while the Palestinian Authority in the West bank had only just started theirs.
