Iran test-fires advanced 'Saijil-2' missile

Iran has successfully test-fired an improved version of a medium-range missile, state television has said.

The Saijil-2 rocket is thought to have a range of 2,000 kilometres - which experts say has the range to be able to hit Israel and US bases in the Gulf.
