The human rights group, Amnesty International, has called for an investigation into widespread allegations of rape, torture and unlawful killings in Iran.

It says the aftermath of the disputed presidential election has led to the worst levels of abuse in 20 years.

Many opponents of the regime have fled to neighbouring Turkey.

The BBC's Jon Leyne has been speaking to some of them.
