Iran seeks to amend nuclear deal

Iran's foreign minister Manochehr Mottaki has ruled out sending enriched uranium out of the country.

He appears to have rejected the deal proposed by international negotiators six weeks ago that was designed to defuse concerns about Iran's suspected nuclear weapons programme.

Iran now says it will only swap its uranium for fuel inside its borders.
