Monastery now interfaith centre

A once-abandoned monastery in the middle of the Syrian desert has become an important centre for interfaith dialogue.

Deir Mar Musa, or St Moses Monastery, was revived by an Italian Jesuit priest as a place where Christians and Muslims could worship and study side by side.

Natalia Antelava reports from Mar Musa.
